Celeste will partner with you to evaluate your current sales and service culture, conduct a needs assessment, and provide strategies and training programs to help you build, strengthen, lead, and maintain a strong, vibrant sales and service culture that help you increase membership growth, member loyalty, and member retention with a focus on profitability. Celeste will conduct Mystery Shops and provide pre- and post assessments of the member experience as it relates to sales and service. Celeste will provide findings and recommendations to help you build and/or strengthen your sales culture and increase growth and retention. She can also provide programs, strategies, and tools as well as an “implementation” action plan to take you to the next level.
Celeste will partner with you to develop specific goals and action plans aligned with Credit Union goals (critical success factors) for your staff and provide tracking and measurement strategies, accountability tools, and low-cost reward and recognition programs that can help reshape behaviors and increase cross sell opportunities, loan opportunities, and member loyalty!
